No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win a Prize. Beginning at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on January 14, 2008 until 2 p.m. PT on January 28, 2008, you may enter the raffle to win by registering for the Work.com WhatWorks newsletter (limit one online entry per person). Work.com, Business.com and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site; printing or human errors; and any mailed entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible or postage due, or any combination thereof.

Eligibility: This raffle is open only to new Work.com WhatWorks subscribers with valid email addresses, who are 18 years of age or older and residents of the United States or Canada, except employees of Work.com and/or Business.com and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses). Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. All participants and/or entrants release the Raffle Entities and their agents, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliated companies, sweepstakes partners and prize suppliers, and all of their respective affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors and shareholders, from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant’s participation and/or entry in the sweepstakes and/or their receipt or use of any prize awarded in this sweepstakes. Any and all warranties and guarantees are subject to the respective company’s terms and conditions. This sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Drawing, Notification and Disclaimer: The Raffle Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about January 31, 2008 by Work.com and will be contacted via email.

Prize Distribution: Work.com will notify the person selected as the winner by email provided, and will provide prize and redemption details to winner via email and/or phone. Response to email with first and last name, phone number, and physical address required within 14 calendar days. Not responsible for invalid email addresses or undeliverable emails. You may request the name of the winner within 30 days by mailing the request to Business.com c/o Marketing 2120 Colorado Avenue, 3rd floor, Santa Monica, CA 90404.
