Graphics and visuals are imperative when it comes to trade shows. Most companies don't know where to start and how to decide which type of display to purchase. The first step is to see how much you can afford and getting the most bang for your buck.  In a chaotic trade show convention, not every booth can be seen, especially the small ones, obviously.  Big companies with big budgets can afford to purchase large pop up displays, which is a great attention grabber (can range from $1,200 to$4,000 each); drawing all the attention to them and away from other booths that didn't have it in their budget.

If it's not in your budget to have large pop up displays, table top displays and banner stands is a better less expensive option; but will have the same impact as one large pop up.

Banner stands can range anywhere from $160-$600, depending on which type you're looking for.  When purchasing a banner stand, there are some companies that will sell them for around $100 or less (includes graphics). Depending on how often and how many times you want to re-use them, this might be a good option. Usually if you're going to just use it once and throw it away, this is a good option. But, to get the best ROI in the long run you would want to invest in a banner stand that costs $200 and up. Basically, you will get what you pay for. Just make sure the company you go with for your trade show needs is the one you can trust and feel confident that if anything goes wrong, they will help you get it fix before anybody realizes that there's a problem.

Table top displays is another option for the budget minded company. Table top displays usually range anywhere from $700-$1,000 depending on what type you want.

With a combination of table top displays and banner stands, companies can make an impact without spending Thousands of dollars.
