1. Place all your AutoCAD content on a network drive, neatly organized in to sub folders.
2. Customize the Paths and Preferences on one base workstation.
3. Save the Preferences using a Profile and Export it out.
4. Import the profile on all other workstations.
5. Remember to make regular backups of the Networked Content as you further develop the custom content.
