Self dumping hoppers can make the task of moving a wide variety of materials easier and more efficent. These hoppers are commonly used to load trash from a work locations where a lot of trash is produced. Hoppers have the ability to hold more than your standard trash cans are able to. Another benefit to using the hopper is it can be picked up by a forklift to be emptied, as well as dumped without the operator having to leave the forklift. This creates greater efficency in your workplace, and less strain on your employees. Hoppers also have the option of being made with casters to enable a worker to push the hopper to the dump location without the use of a forklift.

Self dumping hoppers are also used to carry large quantities of materials used in a mixing or assembly applications. Larger quantities of dry or wet materials can be loaded into the hopper to be dumped into a vat or other items being used to mix products.

These hoppers are generally manufactured in 7, 10, and 12 guage steel commonly known as light, medium and heavy duty. They also are made in a variety of sizes ranging from 1/4 yard capacity up to 5 yard capacities.

If a self dumping hopper is what you need but have an application where the standard size or design may not fit exactly what you want to use it for, there are suppliers that can have a hopper custom manufactured to fit your needs.
