Managed IT disposal and IT logistics: Our asset recovery logistics agent will contact the customer-designated contact to schedule a pickup. Business hours Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm local time unless otherwise noted.

Normal business hours Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm local time unless otherwise noted. Any changes to pick ups already scheduled must be done with a minimum of 48 hours notice from the pickup date.

A-Z designated partners will pick up the equipment from a ground level location on the customer site allowing for easy loading and removal of equipment.
